Cancellation Policy

We send you a link for the deposit of 30% of the total amount as a guarantee for your service, the rest of the payment will be made at the end of the tour/transfer directly to your driver in Euro cash or by credit card. Cancellation notice must be received by us at least 48h prior to arrival date. If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right keep the deposit like the “no show fee”. Please note: we will keep the deposit reserving the right of “NO SHOW” or “LATE CANCELLATION”.

It is possible to cancel the service free of charge up to 48h before for good reasons. After 48h, 30% of the total (deposit) will be lose a refund.

If the cruise ship doesn’t dock due to any reason, it’s not Your fault and you’ll be not charged, However, the tour will be automatically re-scheduled once the ship is in the port, if you are still on board obviously. The deposit will be lose if the tour was cancelled for any other reason within the 48h cancellation period. Once you fill out our reservation form and insert your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with us. Sami Private Tours will not be held liable for missed flights. If you’ll be able to advise us within 12 hrs of a missed flight we do not charge any no show fee, less than 12 hrs a full amount fee will be charged on your credit card. The transfer with pick up at the Airport include 1 hour wait. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 30€. In case you lose your luggage please advise your driver so that he does not leave without you, and you do not incur any extra costs . The customs police will allow you to re-enter the lost and found zone. The transfer with pick up at the Rail Stations include 1 hour wait. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 30€. Personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Art. 11, No DL 30/6/2003 196 or so legally and correctly, in ways that do not exceed the purpose for the collection and relevance to them, keeping only for as long as necessary and not beyond, respecting the minimum standards of security under Article. 31, No DL 30/6/2003 196 and Annex B of the same Decree. The above data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, by signing this form, the company will give its consent to the processing of personal data for purposes commercial, administrative and advertising exclusively by Sami Private Tours.
